RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at admin@bomagic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Whole package, and mail your return to the following address we sent you. 
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bomagic.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please Note

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.   

     ●     Used and Damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.

  

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping & sending items in the first place will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

Shipping is free and sent by the regular post unless you want to pay for fast shipping.
We have a handling time of 3 to 9 days and a delivery period of up to 90 days. (packages are usually delivered within 21 days, but due to COVID-19 and shortage of workforce it can take longer during holidays)
Money-back is guaranteed if the package does not arrive in 90 days and is not declined on delivery.
